I’m probably the only one who does this but…I pretend I’m a beaver when I eat corn. Even as a grown man, I still think about how eating corn (like I do) reminds me of beavers chomping on wood. It’s this memory, and the whimsical imagination it brings about in me that inspired me to paint Beaver’s Cob.
